In our ongoing efforts to optimise operational efficiency, move towards digital services and be more environmentally friendly, please note that as from 1 November 2024 we will stop issuing payments by cheque to our clients. All payments will be done via bank transfer only.

To prepare all relevant stakeholders for this change, we would kindly request that you provide us with proof of your bank account or a copy of a recent Bank Statement (not older than 3 months), to ensure that your bank details are recorded accurately and that any health claim payments are not delayed.
